Jeff is an ocean explorer, underwater archaeologist, business owner, and sailor since childhood. He grew up sailing the Chesapeake Bay which ignited his passion for the sea. He is a world renowned expert in underwater mapping and operations. He currently runs an underwater mapping company based on the Chesapeake Bay and manages a project to search for Amelia Earhart (www.nauticos.com).

Sue is an underwater vehicle technician by trade and supports all aspects of the couples’ projects and businesses. In addition, she enjoys quilting, crafting, and volunteering her time when she is not on the beach, on a boat, or spending time with her pets, children, and grandchildren.

Sue and Jeff met while both working for an underwater exploration company conducting surveys for deep ocean historic shipwrecks and aircraft. Jeff and Sue split their time between homes in Vieques and Solomons Island, Maryland.
